Before you pick a plan.
Which plan should I start with?
If you mostly need billing, GST and stock in order, start with Essentials. If your supervisors should record the floor's work themselves, Factory is the one we recommend: it is where the Production and Operations desks, voice entry and the spoken instructions come in. Intelligence adds the owner's view on top, with the online catalogue and Leads.
Is GST included?
Prices are per month. Ask us for a written quote.
Can I pay yearly?
The prices on this page are monthly. For anything else, talk to sales.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The public demo at demo.stitchfloor.com opens every desk on a sample factory, with a shared password and nothing to install. Sign in as production.demo with the password Stitchfloor@123; the other five logins are under View demo logins on the sign-in screen.
What can't I try in the demo?
Voice entry and e-way bill filing need a live workspace, your company's own Stitchfloor. In the demo an e-way bill number is typed in by hand. The online catalogue and Leads work in the demo; on a live workspace they need a one-time setup step. Demo data stays in your browser and is not saved anywhere else.
Can I bring my existing records in?
On the web app: the Accounts page imports the journal workbook your accountant exports, costing sheets come in through the Design Master import, and stock already on your shelves goes in as a list, for finished goods and for fabric and other raw material.
Can I take my data out?
Yes. An administrator can download the whole workspace from Settings at any time as one file, and several registers and reports download as CSV. If you ask us to delete the workspace, it is actioned within 30 days and cannot be restored; encrypted backups held by our processors roll off on their own schedule. See Delete your data.
Do I still need Tally and my accountant?
Your accountant, yes. Stitchfloor does the daily work: GST invoices, e-way bills, party ledgers, cash and bank, receivables, payables and a profit estimate.
Input GST, filings, depreciation and the trial balance stay with your accountant, in Tally, BUSY or whatever they use. Stitchfloor does not file GST returns.
Does it do e-way bills and e-invoices?
E-way bills, yes: filed and cancelled from an invoice on a live workspace, after a one-time registration on the e-way bill portal, choosing Quicko Infosoft (the GSP our e-way bill provider, Sandbox, works through) and setting your own API login. Not from the Android app.
E-invoices (IRN), no.
Which phones and computers does it run on?
Any phone or computer with a modern browser, iPhones included. The Android app is in closed testing on Google Play. A native iPhone app is coming soon; until then iPhones use the web app.
Is Hindi on every plan?
Yes. Hindi is on the worker desks your plan includes: the Inventory desk on Essentials, and the Production and Operations desks as well from Factory up. Printed documents and form error messages stay in English.
Voice entry and the 41 spoken instructions are part of Factory, and so of Intelligence.
What about the Coming soon items?
AI-written analysis and a WhatsApp agent that takes entries are coming soon: they are not available yet and are not part of what any plan gives you today. The same goes for a native iPhone app, also coming soon.
