TranZact plans more of the factory. Stitchfloor is built for the garment floor.

TranZact is cloud factory software for Indian manufacturers, and the product on this site closest to Stitchfloor. It has wider planning modules, a multi-step bill of materials, MRP and routing, and it links to Tally, BUSY and Zoho.1 Stitchfloor is narrower and made for garments: lots, printers, piece-rate wages and Hindi desks for supervisors.

01The short answer

Which one should you pick?

These two are closer than any other pair on this site, so the choice comes down to how much planning you need and who records the work.

Pick TranZact if

The wider planning toolkit.

  • You need a multi-step bill of materials, MRP, production costing and routing.1
  • You want the machine and the operator recorded on each routing step, which TranZact added in July 2026 (on the Dominate plan, by our reading).2
  • You want e-invoices, and an integration with Tally, BUSY or Zoho for the books.1
  • You want AI that reads a supplier's invoice photo and makes the goods receipt.3
  • You want a vendor-led go-live: TranZact says 2 to 3 weeks, with a dedicated product expert.4

Pick Stitchfloor if

For the garment floor, in its own language.

  • Your floor reads Hindi, and supervisors should work in it.
  • You pay a rate per process and approve weekly payouts.
  • You send lots to printers and count them back in.
  • You want GST invoices, e-way bills and receivables in the same system as the floor.
  • On a live workspace (your company's own Stitchfloor, as opposed to the public demo), a supervisor should be able to speak an entry in Hindi or Hinglish.

03Fair to both

Where each one is stronger.

TranZact goes further into planning. Stitchfloor goes further into the garment floor and the daily books.

TranZactWhere it is stronger

  • Manufacturing depth.A multi-step bill of materials, production, MRP and costing on Scale, with routing and sub-contracting.1
  • Works beside your accounting. An integration with Tally, BUSY and Zoho; TranZact says your accounting stays where it is.1, 6
  • AI on the paperwork.AI data agent dashboards, and a supplier's invoice photo turned into a goods receipt and a purchase invoice.1, 3
  • E-invoices.On the Scale plan. Stitchfloor has no e-invoicing.1
  • A guided go-live.TranZact says 2 to 3 weeks to go live with a dedicated product expert, and full operations in 90 days.4

StitchfloorWhere it is different

  • Made for garments.Fabric by weight and colour, finished goods by design and size, lots by stage, packaging inputs and an alteration register.
  • Hindi where the work happens. The Production, Operations and Inventory desks run in Hindi on the web and on Android, with 41 spoken instructions. Printed documents stay in English.
  • Piece-rate wages, approved weekly.A wage is earned when the bundle goes out, and paid through a weekly payout that an approver signs off.
  • The daily books in the same place.GST invoices, e-way bills on live workspaces, party ledgers, a cash and bank book, receivables and payables. TranZact leaves accounting to Tally, BUSY or Zoho; Stitchfloor does the daily part itself and leaves the statutory part to your accountant.6
  • Speak the entry. On a live workspace a supervisor says one sentence in Hindi or Hinglish. The form fills in from your own workers and open lots, and the factory's six processes, and nothing saves until a person confirms it.
04What it costs

The prices, with the arithmetic.

TranZact's prices are from its pricing page, billed yearly. Stitchfloor's are our monthly list prices.

What each plan includes

TranZact's pricing page does not say whether GST is included. For Stitchfloor, prices are per month. Ask us for a written quote. Ask us how a Stitchfloor plan is counted for your team.1

TranZact leaves accounting to Tally, BUSY or Zoho, so to compare like with like, add that software's price to TranZact's.6

05Your accountant

Whichever you pick, your accountant can keep Tally.

Neither product asks your accountant to move. Here is how Stitchfloor sits beside the books.

  1. Your accountant

Tally, BUSY or Zoho keeps the statutory books

The trial balance, input GST, depreciation and GST returns stay where they are, with the person who files them.

  2. Your supervisors and office

Stitchfloor runs the floor and the daily books

Lots, job cards, piece-rate wages, stock, GST invoices, e-way bills on live workspaces, receivables and payables.

  3. Between the two

    Files, carried by a person

Stitchfloor's Accounts page imports the journal workbook your accountant exports, and several of its registers and reports download as CSV for your accountant.

There is no live connection between the two Stitchfloor does not sync with Tally, BUSY or Zoho, and nothing posts from one to the other on its own. Records move between them as a file that somebody imports or exports.
06Questions

Before you choose.

Which is closer to how a garment factory works?

Stitchfloor is built only for garment units: fabric by weight and colour, garments by design and size, lots out at printers, piece-rate wages per process. TranZact has the wider planning modules: if you need MRP or a multi-step bill of materials, TranZact has them and Stitchfloor does not.

Does either one keep the statutory books?

No. TranZact says your accounting stays in Tally, BUSY or Zoho.6 Stitchfloor keeps the daily books (GST invoices, e-way bills on live workspaces, party ledgers, cash and bank, receivables and payables) and leaves input GST, filings, depreciation and the trial balance to your accountant.

Is TranZact available in Hindi?

We did not find Hindi screens on TranZact's pages. Stitchfloor's Production, Operations and Inventory desks run in Hindi; its printed documents stay in English.

How do the prices compare?

For six users, TranZact Scale is ₹12,500 a month, billed yearly, and each extra user is ₹2,000 a month, going by the pricing page (it also lists ₹2,500 without naming the plan).1 Stitchfloor's plans are ₹6,999, ₹11,999 and ₹14,499 a month. TranZact's figure does not include the accounting software it works beside.

Can I try it before I talk to you?

Yes. The public demo at demo.stitchfloor.com opens every desk on a sample factory, with a shared password and nothing to install. Voice entry and e-way bill filing need a live workspace; in the demo an e-way bill number is typed in by hand. The online catalogue and Leads are in the demo too; on a live workspace they need a one-time setup step.
