ERP for garment and knitwear factories

The voice‑first ERP for garment factories.

Your supervisors say what happened on the floor, in Hindi or Hinglish, and confirm it with a tap. Production, wages, stock, GST and the books all run from that one record.

No sign-up for the demo. A live workspace is set up in two to five days, with no implementation fee. Voice entry runs on live workspaces.

I used to be at the factory six days a week. Now I go once or twice, to pay the weekly wages and approve what needs me in person. Everything else comes to my phone, and I spend the rest of the week with my family.

01Why voice-first

ERPs break on the factory floor. Voice is how we fix it.

Software built for the office stops at the first supervisor who has to type a bundle count. So we built the floor's side to be spoken.

  1. Factories
    About half never start.

Too costly, too much setup, nobody technical in the office.

  2. Try one
Half of the rest stall on the floor.

Supervisors will not type into an accountant's screens, so the data stops.

  3. Get it working
    Stitchfloor starts with the supervisor.

One spoken sentence fills the entry from your own workers and lots, and it saves when they tap confirm.

The halves are our estimate from factory floors, not a survey. Panorama's 2026 ERP report names poor user adoption among the most common ERP problems.1 Read the guide

02What it takes away

Record it once on the floor. Stop fixing it in the office.

Human errors

Entered once, where the work happened. Every desk reads the same record.

Messy paperwork

Job cards, GST invoices and statements print from the records.

Chasing people

Every lot sent out is counted back in. Nobody phones round to find it.

Daily friction

Each person opens their own desk on their own phone, with today's list.

03The product

Six desks. One set of records underneath.

A lot received on the floor is a lot the accounts already know about.

  • Assignments close when the last piece comes back
  • Weekly job cards and piece-rate wages
  • A factory cash book for the supervisor

Customers and stock

04Voice-first

Say it. Check it. Confirm.

Most factory software is written for the office. Stitchfloor is written for the person who records the work.

  • Speak instead of typing Say who took which bundle, what came back or what was spent. The entry fills in from your own workers and lots, and waits for a tap to confirm. On live workspaces. The public demo has no voice entry.
  • Hindi with one toggle The Production, Operations and Inventory desks, on the web and Android.
  • Screens that read themselves out About 40 recorded instructions, in Hindi and then English.
  • On the phone they already have Any phone browser, or the Android and iPhone apps.

09Questions

Stitchfloor in short.

What is Stitchfloor?

Stitchfloor is a voice-first ERP for garment and knitwear factories in India. Production, piece-rate wages, stock, GST invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills and double-entry books run in one system, with a desk for each person who runs the factory.

What does voice-first ERP mean?

Supervisors on the floor speak an entry instead of typing it, in Hindi or Hinglish: who took which bundle, what came back, an alteration, or factory cash in and out. Stitchfloor fills the entry from your own workers and lots, and saves it when they confirm. Voice entry runs on live workspaces.

Is Stitchfloor an ERP for garment factories?

Yes. It is built for garment and knitwear manufacturing, and tailored by our team to each factory's own workflow: lots from cutting to packing, job cards, piece-rate wages, printers and other job work, fabric by weight and colour, and finished goods by design and size.

Does it work in Hindi?

Yes. The Production, Operations and Inventory desks switch to Hindi on the web and on Android, and about 40 recorded instructions read the screens out in Hindi and then English.

How much does Stitchfloor cost?

Plans start at ₹6,999 a month, GST included, with 10 users on every plan. There is no implementation fee, and billing starts once you are live.

How long does it take to go live?

Two to five days for a live workspace, on web, Android and iPhone.

How do customers sign in?

Choose Sign in at the top of stitchfloor.com, enter your company ID, and you are taken to your own workspace.

Can Stitchfloor be customised to my factory?

Yes. Our team tailors Stitchfloor to each factory as part of onboarding: your process steps and piece rates, the job work you send out, what each desk sees, and which entries come to the owner for approval. The public demo shows one sample factory's workflow; your workspace follows yours. Where your factory needs a process step, field, document, screen or approval Stitchfloor does not have yet, our team builds it into your workspace. Tailoring is included at no charge.

Does it handle job work other than printing?

Yes. Each kind of job work your factory sends out, such as printing, embroidery, washing or outsourced stitching, is set up during onboarding. Lots go out on a delivery challan, with an e-way bill where one is needed, come back counted part by part, and the job worker's charges are recorded against the lot.

Which factories is Stitchfloor for?

Garment, hosiery and knitwear manufacturers in India that make in-house, send work out to job workers, or both, and want the floor, the stock and the daily books in one system. Supervisors can work in Hindi on a phone; the office and the owner see the same records.

Who uses Stitchfloor?

S.P. Oswal Hosiery, a garment manufacturer run by Shailesh Jain, runs its factory on Stitchfloor. Its packaging and raw materials no longer run out before they are reordered, and the owner now goes to the factory once or twice a week instead of six days, approving supervisors' entries from the app. Read the case study.

What uptime and support does Stitchfloor commit to?

99.9% availability in every calendar month, not counting planned work announced beforehand, and a response to every support request within 24 hours, on WhatsApp or by phone (the number is on our contact page), or by email at hello@stitchfloor.com.

Can we run Stitchfloor alongside our current registers first?

Yes. You can keep your registers and your accountant's books running for the first month and match a week of wages, stock and invoices against Stitchfloor before you rely on it. Billing starts only once you are live, and the first payment carries a 30-day money-back guarantee.

How does Stitchfloor compare with ERPNext?

ERPNext is open-source and free to license, and a Frappe partner configures it for a factory: for ten users on Frappe Cloud with Frappe's Manufacturing Starter Pack, year one is about ₹1,94,228 with GST, most of it paid before work starts. Stitchfloor is built for garment factories and tailored to each one by its own team at no charge, with piece-rate wages, Hindi supervisor desks and voice entry built in, from ₹6,999 a month with GST, billed only from go-live.
