Zoho is built for any business. Stitchfloor is built for a garment floor.
Zoho ERP puts manufacturing orders, job cards, a shop floor module and subcontracting on top of Zoho Books, priced per user.1 It is broad and capable. Stitchfloor keeps the same daily books, from the cutting table to the balance sheet, and was made for the floor that feeds them: piece-rate wages, lots at printers part by part, and Hindi supervisor desks, for one price for the whole company with GST included.

Which platform is the right fit?
Zoho is the broader system, for any kind of business. On a garment floor Stitchfloor goes deeper, keeps the same daily books, and for ten people billed month by month it costs less once GST is added. Here is how we would decide.
Choose Zoho if
One vendor for most of a business that is not only garments.
- You make many kinds of product and want bills of materials, manufacturing orders, work centres and subcontracting.1, 5
- Your team works in Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil or Telugu as well as Hindi: Zoho Books' India edition has all of them.2
- You want native apps on both Android and iOS.1, 6
- You want accounts, stock, manufacturing and payroll from one vendor, priced per user.1, 13
Choose Stitchfloor if
The garment floor and the books, from the bundle to the balance sheet.
- You pay by the piece, per process, and approve wages weekly.
- Lots go out to printers part by part, and you need to know what came back and what each printer is owed.
- Supervisors should have desks built for a garment floor, in Hindi, on their own phones.
- You want the daily books kept from the work itself: double-entry books, GSTR-1 ready to upload, GSTR-3B worked out for your accountant, e-invoices and e-way bills.
- On a live workspace (your company's own Stitchfloor, as opposed to the public demo), a supervisor should be able to speak an entry in Hindi or Hinglish instead of typing it.
- You want one price for the company with GST included, rather than a per-user bill with GST on top.
Stitchfloor and Zoho ERP, capability by capability.
Zoho ERP is assessed on the edition priced below rather than the entry tier, against the vendor's own documentation, with the specific finding beside each verdict. Partial indicates the capability is limited, manual, reserved for a higher tier or delivered through a paid add-on or third-party app. Not documented indicates we found no reference in the vendor's documentation, which is distinct from the vendor confirming it is unavailable. The heading row stays in view as you scroll; select a verdict to open its source.
- Included as standard
- Partial: limited, higher tier or paid add-on
- Not available, per the vendor's documentation
- Not documented by the vendor

Where each one is stronger.
Zoho covers more kinds of business. Stitchfloor covers more of the garment floor, and keeps the books from it.
ZohoWhere it is stronger
- Manufacturing breadth.Bills of materials, manufacturing orders, work centres, a shop floor module, job cards with timers, quality checks and subcontracting, for any product.1, 5, 10, 15
- More Indian languages.Zoho Books' India edition runs in Hindi, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil and Telugu. Stitchfloor's worker desks are in Hindi and English.2

StitchfloorWhere it is different
- Piece-rate wages. Each process has a rate. A wage is earned when the bundle goes out and paid through a weekly payout an approver signs off, or by ticking the week's job cards, net of advances. We did not find piece-rate pay in Zoho ERP.
- Lots at printers, part by part.Tick the parts that went, count them back in, and price the printer's bill when the goods return; one statement can cover several lots.
- The garment's own units, with nothing to set up.Fabric by weight and colour, garments by design and size, cutting orders, packaging inputs and an alteration register, from the first day.
- Hindi supervisor desks, and voice. The Production, Operations and Inventory desks run in Hindi, and on a live workspace a supervisor can speak an entry, picked from your own workers and open lots and your factory's own process steps, and confirm it.
- The books are kept by the work.An invoice, a receipt, a printer's bill or a week's wages posts to the double-entry books as it is recorded. GSTR-1 comes out ready to upload and GSTR-3B is worked out for your accountant, with the GSTR-2B match.
Total cost of ownership for ten users, GST included.
Each product is priced for ten named users on the edition closest to Stitchfloor's scope, with 18% GST applied and minimum seat counts, annual prepayment, renewals, per-device fees and remote access included. Due at signing is the cash required before the first transaction is posted. Stitchfloor charges no implementation fee and invoices only from go-live.

Zoho ERP is the closest general ERP on price, and cheaper if you pay a year ahead. Billed monthly, as Stitchfloor is, ten Zoho users cost more. What Zoho does not build in is the garment floor's own work, as the table above shows.
From your books today to one record.
Many factories start with the floor and move the daily books once they trust the figures. Your accountant can keep the software they use.
-
The first weeks
Start the floor in Stitchfloor
Supervisors record lots, job cards, wages and printers on their own desks, while the office goes on billing as it does today.
-
Your office
Move the daily books across
Invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills, receipts and payments are made in Stitchfloor and post to its double-entry books as the work happens. Opening balances come in by pasting your accountant's journal sheet.
-
Your accountant
They file from your figures
GSTR-1 is prepared for upload and GSTR-3B is worked out for your accountant. The books download as an XML file Tally imports, and registers and reports download as CSV for any other software.
Before you choose.
Zoho ERP has job cards and a shop floor module. Why look at Stitchfloor?
Zoho's job cards are released per operation of a manufacturing order and timed per employee, and the time goes into the item's cost.10 Stitchfloor's floor is a garment floor's: bundles given to tailors at a rate per process, pieces counted back, weekly job cards per worker that become the week's wages, lots out at printers part by part and an alteration register, on supervisor desks in Hindi. If you run many kinds of manufacturing, Zoho's broader model may suit you better.
Which costs less for ten people?
Ten Zoho ERP Standard users are ₹9,990 a month billed yearly or ₹13,990 billed monthly, before GST: ₹11,788 or ₹16,508 with it.1 Stitchfloor Factory is ₹11,999 a month for the company, GST included, with 10 users, billed monthly. Each Stitchfloor user after the tenth is a tenth of the plan's price.
Does Zoho work in Hindi?
Zoho Books' India edition does, along with five more Indian languages, and Zoho ERP's App Store listing includes Hindi.2, 6 We did not find the ERP's shop floor screens confirmed in Hindi. Stitchfloor's Production, Operations and Inventory desks run in Hindi on the web and on Android, with about 40 spoken instructions.
Can Stitchfloor keep our books instead of Zoho Books?
It keeps the daily books: GST invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills, receipts and payments, party ledgers, a cash and bank book, and double-entry books with a trial balance, profit and loss and a balance sheet. GSTR-1 is prepared for upload and GSTR-3B is worked out for your accountant, with input tax credit and the GSTR-2B match.
What it leaves to your accountant: TDS, bank reconciliation, depreciation, and filing the returns on the GST portal.
Does Stitchfloor connect to Zoho?
Out by file; in, by pasting your journal sheet. Your accountant's journal sheet can be pasted into Stitchfloor's Accounts page, the books download as an XML file Tally imports, and several registers and reports download as CSV. An administrator can also download the whole workspace from Settings at any time.
Can I try it before I talk to you?
Yes. The public demo at demo.stitchfloor.com opens every desk on a sample factory, with a shared password and nothing to install. Voice entry and filing with the GST portals need a live workspace; in the demo an IRN or an e-way bill number is typed in by hand. The online catalogue and Leads are in the demo too; on a live workspace they need a one-time setup step.
