Live in two to five days. No implementation fee.

Stitchfloor is built for garment and knitwear manufacturing, and our team tailors it to each factory as we onboard it: your process steps and piece rates, the job work you send out, what each desk sees and which entries come to you for approval. Because the garment workflows already exist, tailoring takes days rather than a partner project. Tailoring, data migration and supervisor training are delivered by the Stitchfloor team at no charge, and billing begins only once you are live.

  • ₹0 implementation, migration and training fees
  • First invoice raised only after go-live
  • Two to five days from kickoff to go-live
  • Weekly check-ins for the first two months
01Three stages

From your old records to your own Stitchfloor.

Each stage starts when the one before it is done, and none of them stops the floor. Most factories are live in two to five days, depending on how many records come across and how many people need training.

  1. Stage 1
    Your data

We learn your process, then move your data across.

It starts with a conversation about how work moves through your factory today, and where each record lives: the cutting register, the job-work book, the Excel workbooks, the costing sheets, the accountant's Tally or journal sheet, the stock on your shelves. We then bring that data into Stitchfloor: your customers and suppliers with their opening balances, your designs and costing, your fabric and finished stock, your workers and their rates, and the lots already on the floor.

You get a first working copy of your factory in Stitchfloor, with your own data in it, to check against what you know.

  2. Stage 2
    Your people

A seat for each person, shaped to their job.

With the data in, we audit your process in detail and map every person who will use Stitchfloor to a seat. Three account managers get three seats; a production supervisor, an operations supervisor and an inventory manager each get the desk their job needs, on the web and on the phone.

What each seat can see is decided with you. Some owners want their production supervisor to see customer details and some do not; some want the store to see costs and some do not. We set each seat's access to match how you run the business.

  3. Stage 3
    Training and handover

Your supervisors trained on their own day's work.

We train every supervisor and office user on their own desk, on the jobs they do every day: handing out bundles, receiving them back, sending lots to the printer, raising a bill, recording a payment. Hindi or English, by tapping or by voice.

The handover comes only once your team is working on it comfortably. Until then, the Stitchfloor team is with you throughout.

02After go-live

We stay close after the handover.

Going live is the start. The first weeks are when a new habit either sticks on the floor or does not, so that is when we are closest.

  1. Months 1 and 2

    A check-in every week.

For the first two months we meet every week, to catch anything that is slowing the floor down and to make sure Stitchfloor is becoming part of the factory's day, not a second job.

  2. Every year

    An annual check-in.

After that we meet once a year: to hear what you want next, to move you onto the newest version of Stitchfloor and what it now does, and to renew your plan.

  3. Any day

A helpline, whenever you need it.

Between check-ins, your team can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone (the number is on our contact page), or at hello@stitchfloor.com, and we respond within 24 hours.

03Why it is fast, and free

Tailored to your factory, without a project.

A horizontal ERP is designed for every industry, so a partner has to build garment work into it before it can model a lot sent to a job worker and returned short. That build is what an implementation fee pays for. Stitchfloor already models garment work, so our team only shapes it to your factory: your process steps, your job workers, your approvals. That is part of onboarding, and there is nothing to charge for.

Already in Stitchfloor on day one

  • Lots from cutting to packing, by bundle and by worker
  • Piece rates per process, weekly job cards and approved payouts
  • Lots sent to printers and other job workers part by part, and counted back in
  • Designs by size run, fabric by weight and colour
  • A desk for each role, in Hindi or English, on web, Android and iPhone
  • The daily books, GST invoices, e-invoices and e-way bills, from the same records
  • Tailored by our team to your process steps, job work, desks and approvals
  • Anything your factory needs that is not there yet, a step, a field, a document or an approval, built into your workspace by our team

What a general ERP project usually involves

  • Choosing modules and an implementation partner
  • Mapping garment work onto generic work orders and routings
  • Custom fields or add-ons for piece rates and job work
  • Training people on screens built for an accountant
  • Weeks or months before the floor uses it

04What to have ready

Whatever you keep today is enough to start.

Registers, workbooks and an accountant's software all come across. Bring what you have; we work out the rest with you.

  1. Who does what. The people who will use Stitchfloor and their jobs, so each gets the right seat.
  2. Your parties and balances. Customers and suppliers, and what each owes or is owed, from your books or your accountant's.
  3. Your designs and costing. Design numbers, size runs and the costing sheets you already keep.
  4. Your stock and the floor. Fabric, inputs, packaging and finished goods on the shelf, and the lots on the floor today.
  5. Your workers and rates. Who works on which process, and at what piece rate.
05Questions

Before you start.

Does the factory stop while we move across?

No. Your team keeps working as it does today while the data comes across and the seats are set up, and moves onto Stitchfloor after training.

Who moves our data?

The Stitchfloor team, with you. You tell us where each record lives, we bring it across, and you check the first working copy before anyone is trained on it.

What does implementation cost, and when do we start paying?

Implementation costs nothing. Tailoring to your workflow, data migration and supervisor training are included in every plan. Nothing is payable at signing or during implementation: your first monthly invoice is raised only once implementation is complete and your workspace is handed over.

Our accountant uses Tally. Does that change?

It does not have to. Stitchfloor keeps the daily books and prepares the GST returns from the floor's own records, and exports a Tally import file, so your accountant can carry on with Tally for TDS, depreciation, filing and closing the year.

How many people can use it, and on how many phones?

Every plan includes 10 users: ten people, each with a seat of their own. Each of them can sign in on as many devices as they like, on the web, the Android app and the iPhone app. Each user after the tenth is a tenth of the plan's price a month.

How do we get the phone apps?

The Android app is on Google Play and the iPhone app is on the App Store, both by invitation. Once your workspace is set up, we invite your team, and each person signs in to their own seat.

What happens after the first two months?

We move from weekly check-ins to an annual one, where we look at what you want next, move you onto the newest version and renew your plan. The helpline stays open throughout.
