What factory owners ask us before they start, by topic. Each answer is the same one its own page gives.

About Stitchfloor

From the home page.

What is Stitchfloor?

Stitchfloor is a voice-first ERP for garment and knitwear factories in India. Production, piece-rate wages, stock, GST invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills and double-entry books run in one system, with a desk for each person who runs the factory.

What does voice-first ERP mean?

Supervisors on the floor speak an entry instead of typing it, in Hindi or Hinglish: who took which bundle, what came back, an alteration, or factory cash in and out. Stitchfloor fills the entry from your own workers and lots, and saves it when they confirm. Voice entry runs on live workspaces.

Is Stitchfloor an ERP for garment factories?

Yes. It is built for garment and knitwear manufacturing, and tailored by our team to each factory's own workflow: lots from cutting to packing, job cards, piece-rate wages, printers and other job work, fabric by weight and colour, and finished goods by design and size.

Does it work in Hindi?

Yes. The Production, Operations and Inventory desks switch to Hindi on the web and on Android, and about 40 recorded instructions read the screens out in Hindi and then English.

How much does Stitchfloor cost?

Plans start at ₹6,999 a month, GST included, with 10 users on every plan. There is no implementation fee, and billing starts once you are live.

How long does it take to go live?

Two to five days for a live workspace, on web, Android and iPhone.

How do customers sign in?

Choose Sign in at the top of stitchfloor.com, enter your company ID, and you are taken to your own workspace.

Can Stitchfloor be customised to my factory?

Yes. Our team tailors Stitchfloor to each factory as part of onboarding: your process steps and piece rates, the job work you send out, what each desk sees, and which entries come to the owner for approval. The public demo shows one sample factory's workflow; your workspace follows yours. Where your factory needs a process step, field, document, screen or approval Stitchfloor does not have yet, our team builds it into your workspace. Tailoring is included at no charge.

Does it handle job work other than printing?

Yes. Each kind of job work your factory sends out, such as printing, embroidery, washing or outsourced stitching, is set up during onboarding. Lots go out on a delivery challan, with an e-way bill where one is needed, come back counted part by part, and the job worker's charges are recorded against the lot.

Which factories is Stitchfloor for?

Garment, hosiery and knitwear manufacturers in India that make in-house, send work out to job workers, or both, and want the floor, the stock and the daily books in one system. Supervisors can work in Hindi on a phone; the office and the owner see the same records.

Who uses Stitchfloor?

S.P. Oswal Hosiery, a garment manufacturer run by Shailesh Jain, runs its factory on Stitchfloor. Its packaging and raw materials no longer run out before they are reordered, and the owner now goes to the factory once or twice a week instead of six days, approving supervisors' entries from the app. Read the case study.

What uptime and support does Stitchfloor commit to?

99.9% availability in every calendar month, not counting planned work announced beforehand, and a response to every support request within 24 hours, on WhatsApp or by phone (the number is on our contact page), or by email at hello@stitchfloor.com.

Can we run Stitchfloor alongside our current registers first?

Yes. You can keep your registers and your accountant's books running for the first month and match a week of wages, stock and invoices against Stitchfloor before you rely on it. Billing starts only once you are live, and the first payment carries a 30-day money-back guarantee.

How does Stitchfloor compare with ERPNext?

ERPNext is open-source and free to license, and a Frappe partner configures it for a factory: for ten users on Frappe Cloud with Frappe's Manufacturing Starter Pack, year one is about ₹1,94,228 with GST, most of it paid before work starts. Stitchfloor is built for garment factories and tailored to each one by its own team at no charge, with piece-rate wages, Hindi supervisor desks and voice entry built in, from ₹6,999 a month with GST, billed only from go-live. Plans and pricing

From the Pricing page.

Which plan should I start with?

If your first job is the books, GST and stock, start with Essentials. If your supervisors should record the floor's work themselves, Factory is the one we recommend: it is where the Production and Operations desks, voice entry and the spoken instructions come in. Intelligence adds the owner's view on top: Business Overview, the cash forecast, customer tiers, the online catalogue and Leads.

Is GST included?

Yes. Every price on the Pricing page includes GST: ₹6,999, ₹11,999 and ₹14,499 a month are what you pay. Your invoice shows the tax inside the price.

Is the price per user or per company?

Per company. Each plan is one workspace for your company, with up to 10 users included. Each user after the tenth is a tenth of the plan's price a month: ₹699 on Essentials, ₹1,199 on Factory and ₹1,449 on Intelligence.

Is there a free trial?

We offer something more useful to a factory: a 30-day money-back guarantee on a workspace implemented with your own records. Your first invoice is raised only after go-live, and if Stitchfloor is not right for you, cancel within 30 days of that payment and we refund it in full. Before that, the public demo is free and needs no signup.

Is there an implementation or onboarding fee?

No. Tailoring, data migration and supervisor training are included in every plan at no charge, and are delivered by the Stitchfloor team rather than a partner. Elsewhere this is typically a separate engagement: Indian partners quote ₹40,000 to ₹3.2 lakh for Zoho, and ₹3 to 8 lakh for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. See Onboarding.

When does billing start, and can I cancel?

Billing starts only after implementation is complete: nothing is due at signing, and your first monthly invoice is raised once you are live. Plans are then billed monthly, with no annual lock-in. Cancel at any time, effective at the end of that billing month. The details are on Cancellation and refunds.

Do we own the software?

No. We call the factories we work with our factory partners, and a plan gives your company the right to use Stitchfloor while your subscription runs. The software stays ours. Your records are yours, and an administrator can download all of them at any time. See the terms of service.

Can I try it first?

Yes. The public demo at demo.stitchfloor.com opens every desk on a sample factory, with a shared password and nothing to install. Sign in as production.demo with the password Stitchfloor@123; the other five logins are under View demo logins on the sign-in screen.

What can I not try in the demo?

Voice entry, and reporting e-invoices and e-way bills to the government portals, need a live workspace: your company's own Stitchfloor. In the demo an IRN or an e-way bill number is typed in by hand. Demo data stays in your browser and is not saved anywhere else.

Can I bring my existing records in?

Yes. On the web app the Accounts page takes your accountant's journal sheet pasted in, costing sheets come in through the Design Master import, and stock already on your shelves goes in as a list, for finished goods and for fabric and other raw material.

Can I take my data out?

Yes. An administrator can download the whole workspace from Settings at any time as one file, the books go out as a Tally import file, and registers and reports download as CSV. If you ask us to delete the workspace, it is deleted within a reasonable time and cannot be restored; backups are overwritten on their normal cycle. See Delete your data.

Do I still need Tally?

For the day-to-day books, no. Stitchfloor keeps double-entry books from the work itself: every invoice, receipt, bill, payment and wage posts to the ledger, with a trial balance, profit and loss and a balance sheet. GSTR-1 comes out ready to upload and GSTR-3B is worked out for your accountant, with input tax credit matched to your GSTR-2B.

Your accountant still files the returns on the GST portal and closes the year. If they work in Tally, Stitchfloor hands them the books as a file Tally imports.

Does it do e-invoices and e-way bills?

Yes. On a live workspace an invoice is reported for its IRN and signed QR code, which print on every copy, and an e-way bill is filed and cancelled from the invoice. Cloth sent to a printer or job worker gets its e-way bill from the challan, on the web or the phone apps. Both use your own portal logins, set up once through our GST Suvidha Provider.

Which phones and computers does it run on?

Any computer or phone with a modern browser, and the Android and iPhone apps, by invitation, for the floor. Nothing to install on a computer and no server to keep.

Is Hindi on every plan?

Yes. Hindi is on the worker desks your plan includes: the Inventory desk on Essentials, and the Production and Operations desks as well from Factory up. Printed documents and form error messages stay in English.

Voice entry and the spoken instructions, about 40 of them, are part of Factory, and so of Intelligence.

How do I get started?

Write to hello@stitchfloor.com or talk to sales. Tell us how many people will use it, which desks you need and what you use today, and we will suggest a plan and set up your workspace with you: most factories are live in two to five days. See how onboarding works.

Show all 16 questionsShow fewer

Getting started

From the Onboarding page.

Does the factory stop while we move across?

No. Your team keeps working as it does today while the data comes across and the seats are set up, and moves onto Stitchfloor after training.

Who moves our data?

The Stitchfloor team, with you. You tell us where each record lives, we bring it across, and you check the first working copy before anyone is trained on it.

What does implementation cost, and when do we start paying?

Implementation costs nothing. Tailoring to your workflow, data migration and supervisor training are included in every plan. Nothing is payable at signing or during implementation: your first monthly invoice is raised only once implementation is complete and your workspace is handed over.

Our accountant uses Tally. Does that change?

It does not have to. Stitchfloor keeps the daily books and prepares the GST returns from the floor's own records, and exports a Tally import file, so your accountant can carry on with Tally for TDS, depreciation, filing and closing the year.

How many people can use it, and on how many phones?

Every plan includes 10 users: ten people, each with a seat of their own. Each of them can sign in on as many devices as they like, on the web, the Android app and the iPhone app. Each user after the tenth is a tenth of the plan's price a month.

How do we get the phone apps?

The Android app is on Google Play and the iPhone app is on the App Store, both by invitation. Once your workspace is set up, we invite your team, and each person signs in to their own seat.

What happens after the first two months?

We move from weekly check-ins to an annual one, where we look at what you want next, move you onto the newest version and renew your plan. The helpline stays open throughout.

Security and your records

From the Trust and security page.

Can another company see our records?

No. Each company's workspace is separate, and staff at one customer cannot read another customer's records.

Can a supervisor change wages or invoices?

Each desk decides what a person may change, and the server checks it on every save. A production supervisor can correct an assignment's rate and quantity until its work goes into a weekly payout batch. From then on the rate, pieces and worker are locked, and an administrator approves the batch before it is marked paid.

What uptime and support do you commit to?

Stitchfloor is available 99.9% of the time in each calendar month, not counting planned work announced to your administrators beforehand. Every support request gets a response within 24 hours, on WhatsApp or by phone (the number is on our contact page), or at hello@stitchfloor.com. Section 11 of the terms of service sets this out.

What happens if a phone is lost?

An administrator withdraws that person's access from the workspace, and from then on the server refuses that account's reads and saves. A phone that was offline can still show the last figures it loaded, marked as not current.

Do you sell or share our data?

No. There is no advertising anywhere in Stitchfloor, and nothing collected is sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Is the demo safe for our real data?

No, and it is not meant to be. The demo is a sample factory behind a shared password, and what you enter stays in your own browser. Use it to try the product, then talk to us about a workspace.

Show all 6 questionsShow fewer

Floor and production

From the Floor and production page.

Will my tailors have to type?

No. Tailors do not need an account at all. The supervisor records who took which bundle and what came back, on a phone. On a live workspace the supervisor can say it instead, in Hindi or Hinglish, and check the filled-in card before saving.

Does the floor need a computer?

No. Both floor desks run in a phone's browser, iPhones included, with nothing to install, and in the Android app.

Can it follow our own processes?

Yes. The Stitchfloor team tailors it to each factory as we onboard it: your process steps in your order, the piece rate for each, the job work you send out, and who approves what. Where your floor needs a step, field, document or approval Stitchfloor does not have yet, our team builds it into your workspace. The demo shows one factory's flow (tailoring, four thread, folding, T/C, pressing and packaging) as an example.

Does it pay the workers?

No. It works out what each worker earned and holds the weekly payout until an admin approves it, or an admin ticks the week's job cards and records them paid from cash, bank or both, net of any advance. You pay the money the way you pay it today, and recording the payment takes it off the cash or bank balance.

Can I try it in the demo?

Yes, all of it except voice entry and filing an e-way bill, whose number is typed in by hand there. Sign in as production.demo or operations.demo with the password Stitchfloor@123. Demo data stays in your browser.

Show all 5 questionsShow fewer

Voice and Hindi

From the Voice and Hindi page.

Does voice entry save on its own?

No. It fills in the form and stops. A person reads the card, with the words that produced it shown alongside, and presses Confirm & save. Wages are worked out from what is saved, which is why a person has to look first.

Is this AI?

Voice entry uses two models: speech-to-text, and a classifier that picks only from your own records. Neither writes anything of its own: one transcribes, the other can only pick a worker or lot already in your workspace, or one of the factory's six processes.

The cash forecast elsewhere in Stitchfloor is statistical, and the cash advice follows fixed rules you can read on the screen.

What if it mishears a number?

You see it on the card before anything is saved, next to the words it heard. A number it cannot place is left empty for you to type.

Does it work in the demo?

The Hindi desks and the speaker buttons do. Voice entry and e-way bill filing need a live workspace, because the demo runs entirely in your browser.

Who hears the recording?

Two service providers: a speech recognition service turns the speech into text, and a language processing service reads the words to work out which worker, lot and quantity were meant. On a computer, the browser also shows your words as you speak, using its own speech service (Google in Chrome, Microsoft in Edge). The recording is not kept by Stitchfloor and is never used to identify a voice. The privacy policy sets this out.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes, on a live workspace, in the phone's browser and in the Android app. The microphone records only between a tap on Say it instead and a tap on Stop.

Books and GST

From the Books and GST page.

Does it file my GST returns?

It prepares them, and your accountant files them. The GST view builds GSTR-1 and the GSTR-3B summary from the invoices, credit notes and supplier bills already in the books, lists what to check before filing, and gives you the GSTR-1 upload file and a CSV per table. Your accountant uploads it on the GST portal and answers for the return.

Does it do e-invoices?

Yes. If your turnover has crossed ₹5 crore in any year since 2017-18, B2B invoices must be e-invoices.2 On a live workspace a tax invoice to a registered buyer is reported from its own page, and the IRN, acknowledgement and signed QR print on every copy. It can be cancelled within 24 hours; while its IRN is live, the invoice cannot be cancelled or deleted in Stitchfloor.

It needs your company's e-invoice API login, set up once through the same GSP as the e-way bill. Credit notes print as before; one that needs an IRN is reported on the e-invoice portal.

How does the GSTR-2B check work?

Download the month's GSTR-2B from the portal and load it into the GST view. Each document is matched to a supplier bill by number, then by amount and date, and marked matched, amount differs, in 2B but not in the books, or in the books but not in 2B. A bill that does not agree is left out of the credit until it does. The file is used for that session and not saved.

How do e-way bills work?

Goods worth more than ₹50,000 moving under a sale generally need one; inside a state, the state's own limit applies.1 On a live workspace, after a one-time registration on the e-way bill portal, an e-way bill is filed and cancelled from the invoice, on the web or the Android app.

Cloth sent to a printer or job worker gets its e-way bill from the dispatch's challan. That is part of the Factory plan, with the rest of the floor. Read the guide.

Can I send invoices and reminders on WhatsApp?

Yes. Send on WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with the invoice, the reminder or the statement already written, in English or Hindi, on the web and the Android app, and you press send. On a live workspace with your company's own WhatsApp Business account connected, invoices and reminders are sent from Stitchfloor itself. Reminders due today lists who to chase each morning.

Can I bring my existing books in?

On the web app, the Accounts page takes your accountant's journal sheet pasted in. Costing sheets come in through the Design Master import, and stock already on your shelves goes in as a list, for finished goods and for fabric and other raw material.

Intelligence

From the Intelligence page.

How good is the forecast?

As good as the payment history behind it. A customer who has settled bills before is expected to pay as late as they usually do; one with no settled bills is expected on the due date. Disputed and unverified payments are kept out of the history, and billed amounts are shown apart from estimates.

Who can see Business Overview?

It is on the admin's desk. The floor and sales desks work on their own screens.

Can it message my customers on WhatsApp?

Yes. Invoices, payment reminders and statements open in WhatsApp already written, in English or Hindi, and with your company's own WhatsApp Business account connected on a live workspace, invoices and reminders are sent from Stitchfloor itself. That is on every plan. On Intelligence you also share the catalogue link and reply to a lead in one tap, and you press send.

Can buyers see my prices or stock?

No. The public catalogue page shows design numbers, sizes and photos only. Prices, stock counts, customers and paperwork never appear on it. It is open to anyone with the link until you take it offline.

The apps

From the Apps page.

Does it work on an iPhone?

Yes. The iPhone app is on the App Store, by invitation, with the same desks as the Android app. Every desk also runs in Safari, with nothing to install.

How do I get the phone apps?

The Android app is on Google Play and the iPhone app on the App Store, both by invitation. When your workspace is set up we invite your team, and each person signs in to their own seat, on as many devices as they like. Ask about it when you talk to sales. Every desk also runs in the phone's browser.

Do my staff need new phones?

No. The web app runs in the browser of the phone they already have. 85.5% of Indian households own a smartphone.1

Does it work without a signal?

A desk shows the last records it had, marked as not current, and in the phone apps the spoken instructions still play. Saves made without a signal wait on the phone and go when it is back. Fresh figures and voice entry need a connection.

Can I try it on my phone?

Yes. Open demo.stitchfloor.com in the phone's browser and sign in as production.demo with the password Stitchfloor@123. In the phone app, type the company code demo.

Switching from another ERP

From the pages Stitchfloor vs TallyPrime, Stitchfloor vs BUSY, Stitchfloor vs TranZact, Stitchfloor vs Zoho ERP, Stitchfloor vs SAP, Stitchfloor vs ERPNext.

Can Stitchfloor keep our books instead of Tally?

It keeps the daily books most factories open Tally for: GST invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills, receipts and payments, party ledgers, a cash and bank book, and double-entry books with a trial balance, profit and loss and a balance sheet. GSTR-1 is prepared for upload and GSTR-3B is worked out for your accountant, with input tax credit and the GSTR-2B match.

What it leaves to your accountant: TDS, bank reconciliation, depreciation, and filing the returns on the GST portal. Your accountant works from the file Stitchfloor gives them, in Tally or in whatever they already use.

Does Stitchfloor connect to Tally?

Out by file; in, by pasting your journal sheet. The books download as an XML file that TallyPrime imports, and your accountant's journal sheet can be pasted into Stitchfloor's Accounts page. Several registers and reports also download as CSV, and an administrator can download the whole workspace from Settings at any time.

Why does Stitchfloor cost more than Tally?

It does more of the job. Tally's price buys accounting software for the office. Stitchfloor's buys the same daily books plus desks for the people on the floor: production and operations supervisors, piece-rate wages, lots at printers and Hindi worker screens. The price is for the company, includes GST and covers 10 users, and the first month comes with a money-back guarantee.

Is TallyPrime available in Hindi?

Tally's own help page, updated in July 2026, says TallyPrime's display is available in Arabic and Bangla besides English, and that data can be entered and printed in regional languages.11 Stitchfloor's Production, Operations and Inventory desks run in Hindi; its printed documents stay in English.

Can my supervisors use Stitchfloor on their phones?

Yes. There are Android and iPhone apps built for the floor, by invitation, and every desk also runs in any phone's browser.

Can I try it before I talk to you?

Yes. The public demo at demo.stitchfloor.com opens every desk on a sample factory, with a shared password and nothing to install. Voice entry and filing with the GST portals need a live workspace; in the demo an IRN or an e-way bill number is typed in by hand. The online catalogue and Leads are in the demo too; on a live workspace they need a one-time setup step.

Can Stitchfloor keep our books instead of BUSY?

It keeps the daily books most factories open accounting software for: GST invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills, receipts and payments, party ledgers, a cash and bank book, and double-entry books with a trial balance, profit and loss and a balance sheet. GSTR-1 is prepared for upload and GSTR-3B is worked out for your accountant, with input tax credit and the GSTR-2B match.

What it leaves to your accountant: TDS, bank reconciliation, depreciation, and filing the returns on the GST portal.

BUSY has a garment manufacturing page. Is that the same thing?

It covers a lot of the same ground from the office: fabric by lot, roll and colour, karigar job work, work in progress and style-wise costing, on BUSY 21.13 Stitchfloor puts those records in the hands of the people on the floor: supervisors' own desks in Hindi, voice entry, weekly job cards, piece-rate wages approved in one weekly payout, and lots sent to printers part by part.

Does Stitchfloor connect to BUSY?

By file and by paste, not by a live connection. Your accountant's journal sheet can be pasted into Stitchfloor's Accounts page, and several registers and reports download as CSV. For an accountant on TallyPrime, the books also download as an XML file Tally imports. An administrator can download the whole workspace from Settings at any time.

BUSY has a mobile app. How is Stitchfloor different?

BUSY's app is for owners, sales staff, accountants and store managers: orders, invoices, receipts and reports.4 Stitchfloor's phone screens are for the floor as well: production and operations supervisors record assignments, pieces back and factory cash, in Hindi if they prefer. There are Android and iPhone apps built for the floor, by invitation, and every desk also runs in any phone's browser.

Is BUSY available in Hindi?

BUSY's support pages say it can print invoices in another language, Hindi included, once Google Input Tools is installed.8 We did not find Hindi screens. Stitchfloor's Production, Operations and Inventory desks run in Hindi; its printed documents stay in English.

Which is closer to how a garment factory works?

Stitchfloor is built only for garment units: fabric by weight and colour, garments by design and size, lots out at printers part by part, piece-rate wages per process. TranZact is general factory software with the wider planning modules: if you need MRP or a multi-step bill of materials, TranZact has them and Stitchfloor does not.

Which one keeps the books?

Stitchfloor. TranZact says your accounting stays in Tally, BUSY or Zoho.6 Stitchfloor keeps double-entry books from the work itself (trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, ledgers and journal vouchers), with GST invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills, and GSTR-1 ready to upload, 3B worked out.

What it leaves to your accountant: TDS, bank reconciliation, depreciation, and filing the returns on the GST portal. The books download as a file Tally imports for that.

Is TranZact available in Hindi?

We did not find Hindi screens on TranZact's pages.10 Stitchfloor's Production, Operations and Inventory desks run in Hindi; its printed documents stay in English.

How do the prices compare?

TranZact's Free plan covers 3 users without the production module. Scale is ₹12,500 a month for 6 users and Dominate ₹30,000 for 12, both billed yearly, with extra users at ₹2,000 and ₹2,500 a month; TranZact's terms say fees exclude tax. Ten users on Scale come to ₹2,90,280 a year, paid ahead, with GST.1 Stitchfloor's plans are ₹6,999, ₹11,999 and ₹14,499 a month for the company, GST included, with 10 users and a 30-day money-back guarantee. TranZact's figure does not include the accounting software it works beside.

Zoho ERP has job cards and a shop floor module. Why look at Stitchfloor?

Zoho's job cards are released per operation of a manufacturing order and timed per employee, and the time goes into the item's cost.10 Stitchfloor's floor is a garment floor's: bundles given to tailors at a rate per process, pieces counted back, weekly job cards per worker that become the week's wages, lots out at printers part by part and an alteration register, on supervisor desks in Hindi. If you run many kinds of manufacturing, Zoho's broader model may suit you better.

Which costs less for ten people?

Ten Zoho ERP Standard users are ₹9,990 a month billed yearly or ₹13,990 billed monthly, before GST: ₹11,788 or ₹16,508 with it.1 Stitchfloor Factory is ₹11,999 a month for the company, GST included, with 10 users, billed monthly. Each Stitchfloor user after the tenth is a tenth of the plan's price.

Does Zoho work in Hindi?

Zoho Books' India edition does, along with five more Indian languages, and Zoho ERP's App Store listing includes Hindi.2, 6 We did not find the ERP's shop floor screens confirmed in Hindi. Stitchfloor's Production, Operations and Inventory desks run in Hindi on the web and on Android, with about 40 spoken instructions.

Can Stitchfloor keep our books instead of Zoho Books?

It keeps the daily books: GST invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills, receipts and payments, party ledgers, a cash and bank book, and double-entry books with a trial balance, profit and loss and a balance sheet. GSTR-1 is prepared for upload and GSTR-3B is worked out for your accountant, with input tax credit and the GSTR-2B match.

What it leaves to your accountant: TDS, bank reconciliation, depreciation, and filing the returns on the GST portal.

Does Stitchfloor connect to Zoho?

Out by file; in, by pasting your journal sheet. Your accountant's journal sheet can be pasted into Stitchfloor's Accounts page, the books download as an XML file Tally imports, and several registers and reports download as CSV. An administrator can also download the whole workspace from Settings at any time.

Is Stitchfloor an ERP?

It is an ERP built for one kind of business, a garment factory: production, stock, piece-rate wages, GST invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills, receivables and payables, and double-entry books with GSTR-1 ready to upload, GSTR-3B worked out for your accountant.

What it leaves out on purpose: planning material from a bill of materials, and the accountant's year-end work (TDS, bank reconciliation, depreciation and filing the returns on the GST portal).

Why are the SAP prices estimates?

SAP sells Business One and GROW through partners and does not publish a price list. The figures on the Stitchfloor vs SAP page are partners' own published estimates. They disagree, so we show the range and name each source.1, 2, 5, 10

Is an ERP project risky?

It can be, whoever the vendor is. Gartner predicts that by 2027 more than 70% of recently implemented ERP initiatives will fail to fully meet their original business-case goals, and in Panorama's 2026 ERP Report more than a quarter of organisations said their project ran over budget.27, 28 Neither figure is about SAP alone.

Which big ERP has a published India price?

Of the four on the Stitchfloor vs SAP page, only Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: ₹6,655 or ₹9,150 per user a month, paid yearly, with GST extra.19 For SAP and NetSuite the figures are partner estimates. Stitchfloor's price is published too: ₹14,499 a month for every feature, GST included, with 10 users, billed monthly.

ERPNext is free. Why pay for Stitchfloor?

ERPNext's licence is free; running it is not. For ten users on Frappe Cloud with Frappe's Manufacturing Starter Pack, year one comes to about ₹1,94,228 with GST, ₹1,65,200 of it before work starts, and support after the first two months is extra.2, 3, 12 Stitchfloor Intelligence, with every feature, is ₹1,73,988 for the year with GST, billed monthly from go-live, with tailoring, migration and training included.

Can ERPNext be customised for a garment factory?

Yes: custom fields, forms and workflows can model almost anything, and Frappe's garment page describes exactly that.1, 6 Someone has to design and build it, usually a partner, billed by the hour. Stitchfloor already models the garment floor, and our team tailors it to your factory as part of onboarding, at no charge, building in any step, field, document or approval your factory needs that it does not have yet.

ERPNext has subcontracting. How is Stitchfloor's job work different?

ERPNext's subcontracting order sends raw material to a supplier warehouse and receives finished items back against a bill of materials.5 Stitchfloor works the way a garment floor sends work out: a lot goes to a printer or job worker part by part on a challan, with an e-way bill where one is needed, comes back counted, and the job worker's charges are priced on return.

Does ERPNext work in Hindi?

Partly. Hindi can be chosen as a user's language, and most of ERPNext's own labels are translated, but most of the Frappe framework screens around them are not, so a user sees a mix.10 Stitchfloor's Production, Operations and Inventory desks run in Hindi on the web and on Android, with about 40 spoken instructions.
