A person signs in to their own desk and starts the day on a list of what is theirs to do. The screens below are each desk's own.

03Scope

Where the web app does more.

The web app is the complete product. The phone apps carry the floor and the everyday office work; these stay on the web.

  • The books and GST returns. The trial balance, balance sheet, GST view and Tally export sit on the admin's desk in the web app.
  • E-invoices. An invoice is reported for its IRN from the web app, on a live workspace.
  • Bulk lists. Adding existing stock or opening raw material as a long list is a desk job.
  • Offline, figures are not current. Without a connection a desk shows the last records it had, marked as not current.
  • On a computer, it is the browser. There is nothing to install and no server to keep: Stitchfloor is a browser tab.

Which phone, which app.

Does it work on an iPhone?

Yes. The iPhone app is on the App Store, by invitation, with the same desks as the Android app. Every desk also runs in Safari, with nothing to install.

How do I get the phone apps?

The Android app is on Google Play and the iPhone app on the App Store, both by invitation. When your workspace is set up we invite your team, and each person signs in to their own seat, on as many devices as they like. Ask about it when you talk to sales. Every desk also runs in the phone's browser.

Do my staff need new phones?

No. The web app runs in the browser of the phone they already have. 85.5% of Indian households own a smartphone.1

Does it work without a signal?

A desk shows the last records it had, marked as not current, and in the phone apps the spoken instructions still play. Saves made without a signal wait on the phone and go when it is back. Fresh figures and voice entry need a connection.

Can I try it on my phone?

Yes. Open demo.stitchfloor.com in the phone's browser and sign in as production.demo with the password Stitchfloor@123. In the phone app, type the company code demo.
