Use Stitchfloor to keep your own factory's records, keep them honest, and do not try to get at anyone else's. These rules apply to every workspace and to the public demo.

Do not

  • share a sign-in, a one-time code or an invite link with anyone other than the person it is meant for, or let several people use one sign-in;
  • try to reach another company's workspace, or get round sign-in, the administrator's second step, or the limits of your own desk;
  • probe, scan, overload or attack Stitchfloor, or collect from it with automated tools;
  • use it to make false invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills, wage records, returns or statements, or anything meant to mislead a tax authority, a lender, a buyer or a worker;
  • send messages through it to people you have no right to message;
  • put in content that is unlawful, or personal details you have no right to hold;
  • use voice entry to record anyone other than the person making the entry;
  • put real business information into the public demo, or use the demo to store or pass on anything;
  • copy, resell or rent out Stitchfloor, or let another business use your workspace;
  • create an account for anyone under 18.

If these rules are broken

We may suspend the account or the workspace involved. Where it is reasonable to, we will tell your administrators first and give you time to put things right. Where the law requires it, we may report unlawful activity to the authorities. The terms of service (section 15) say more.
