The short version. Cancel within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that first month in full. After that, you can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month.
The 30-day money-back guarantee
- If Stitchfloor is not right for your factory, cancel within 30 days of your company's first payment.
- We refund that first payment in full, GST included: the plan fee and any users above ten for that month.
- The refund goes back to the account the payment came from.
- It applies once per company, to its first subscription. A company that comes back later starts on the ordinary terms below.
- Once the refund is made, the subscription ends and access to the workspace stops. Download your records first (see Your records).
How to cancel
Write to hello@stitchfloor.com from an administrator's email address on the workspace. Say that you want to cancel, and give your company code. We will reply to confirm the date the subscription ends and, within the first 30 days, the refund.
After the first 30 days
You can cancel at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month in which you cancel; until then your workspace keeps working as normal. Cancelling stops the fee for every billing month after that one. A fee for a billing month that has already started is not refunded.
If you think a charge is wrong
Write to us with the invoice number and what you think is wrong. We will look into it and reply.
Changing plan instead
If another plan suits you better, you do not need to cancel. Write to us and we will confirm the new fee and the date it starts before it applies.
Your records
Before the subscription ends, an administrator can download the whole workspace from Settings, using Download records, and the books as a file for Tally to import. An administrator can also ask us to delete the workspace; we action that within 30 days, and a deleted workspace cannot be restored. See deleting your account and your data.
If we stop the service
If we ever stop offering Stitchfloor, we will give your administrators notice first, as the terms of service set out.
The demo
The public demo is free and has no account, so there is nothing to cancel.
